Training for CPS Employees on Neglect/Abuse of people with DD

Requires OCFS to provide training to child protective services employees so they can identify abused or maltreated child when such child is an individual with an intellectual or developmental disability. Requires OCFS to consult with the Justice Center. The law would be effective one-year after being signed by the Governor.
